Been staying here since it was a days inn for work. Rooms and lobby are always clean and smell good. Checked in a room that was not cooling properly, Tina was helpful and offered me several different rooms to my liking so i could have a comfortable stay.
Hotel staff was very friendly Donna and i believe Tina was her name was so very welcoming (even gave me nice pens ) and made sure my stay was great. I traveled alone but I felt safe there. Room was clean and well cared for. I didn't take advantage of the full breakfast but it looked good I will absolutely make this my go to place when I travel to Duncan for next business trips.
Wonderful hotel and staff. Clean rooms, full breakfast included, beautiful pool, lovely grounds. But the staff made our business trip bearable!! They were kind and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The lobby is calming with the waterfall. Will stay here again next time I am in Duncan.
Fresh towels and made beds each day. The staff was courteous and the pool was tempting as it was well kept as the area around and in the motel. These people keep a nice, clean, safe and smoke free place to comfortably lay your head. Oh and plenty of USB ports!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help — especially Donna and Tina! They even gave me rides to Walmart, Chicken Express, and Pizza Hut, and when I got sick, they brought me medicine from home. Big thanks to the hotel management for having such amazing employees and providing excellent service. Highly recommend this place!
Clean, quiet, very nice atmosphere, good breakfast and front desk attendees very sweet. We really enjoyed our stay. I am super picky, so if I tell you it was nice, you can believe me. We would definitely stay again if needed.
I stayed at SureStay for a few days on a business trip. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. In addition, I had a strong internet connection to use for my work, lots of space, and there were plenty of outlets for my equipment. I recommend!
This place is awesome starting with The Lady at the front desk she was lovely, I can't remember her name but she has a New York accent and the Hotel has more character than most Hotels the entryway reminds me of the 1950s and 60s and the rooms are all new with great design choices considering it's just $100 a night!!! nicer than expected I'll definitely stay here again and again and again and again
